AI agents for small & medium businesses
We build AI agents that do the repeated work in your business — reading, sorting, drafting, updating, and routing — while your people make the calls. Most teams find 10–20 hours a week of work an agent can take on. We'll show you yours.
Free 45-minute working session. We map your repeated work, you keep the map.
What an agent actually does
Every role in your company has a layer of repeated work underneath it. An agent takes that layer. Your people keep the judgement, the relationships, and the decisions.
Reads the email, the form, the contract, or the ticket. Pulls out what matters. Prepares the answer before anyone opens it.
Inbox to CRM. Spreadsheet to invoice. Document to summary. The copy-paste layer of your business, gone.
Trained on your price lists, policies, processes, and past answers — so it responds the way your best person would.
Anything unusual, sensitive, or high-stakes gets flagged to a human with the full context attached. You stay in charge.
Run the numbers
Rough it out in ten seconds. Drag the sliders to match your team — this is the maths we do together, properly, in the first session.
An agent typically takes on 40–70% of that work. The first session works out which 40–70% — yours might be the inbox, the quotes, or the chasing.

No platform migration. No six-month roadmap. We work with the tools you already have.
A working session with the people who actually do the work. We find the tasks that repeat every week and rank them by hours lost and how cleanly an agent can take them.
We build one agent around your highest-value task and run it alongside your team. Every output gets checked by a person until you trust it — then it runs with spot-checks.
Your team learns to run, check, and improve the agent themselves. Once the first one pays for itself, we point the same playbook at the next task on the list.

Fair questions
Agents start in draft mode: they prepare, a person approves. Nothing goes out unreviewed until you decide it should — and high-stakes messages can stay human-approved forever. The agent's answers come from your documents and your past replies, not the open internet.
Your data stays yours. We can run agents privately — including fully on-premises — and we'll tell you plainly what each setup does and doesn't share. Sensitive fields can be masked before anything reaches a model.
If you can explain the task to a new hire, you can run the agent. We train your team to operate and improve it, and we offer ongoing maintenance for businesses that would rather not think about it at all.
In SMEs, almost never. The hours come back as capacity: faster quotes, invoices chased on time, leads followed up the same day. Most owners use the freed time to grow without the next hire, not to cut the team they have.
It depends on the task, so we won't pretend otherwise — but the first session is free and ends with a concrete scope and price. Our rule: if the first agent won't clearly pay for itself within months, we'll tell you and you've lost 45 minutes.
Free working session
The inbox that never empties. The quote that takes a day. The invoices nobody chases. In 45 minutes we'll map it, size the hours it's costing, and tell you honestly whether an agent is worth it. If it's not, you keep the map anyway.
