Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels, and it loads no content from other companies: fonts, images and films come from our own server. If we add analytics or ad tracking, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
When you use the brief form, it opens your own email app with the brief filled in. Nothing is sent until you send that email.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with:
- companies that provide services to us under contract and act on our instructions, such as website hosting, email and the AI tools we use to research, draft and organise our work;
- LinkedIn and Meta, for forms you fill in on their platforms, which they also process under their own privacy policies;
- our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it, or delete it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our using it (we always stop business emails when you object);
- send it to you or another organisation in a portable format.
Email contact@leanloop.co.uk. We reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Keeping it safe
We keep personal data on secured systems, and only the people and tools that need it for the purposes above can reach it.
Changes
We will update this page when anything changes, and change the date at the top.
